Nearest-neighbor cross-lingual translation-pair retrieval

Tests whether a multilingual model's representation space aligns different languages' translations near each other by retrieving, for a word/sentence in one language, its nearest neighbor (by cosine or Euclidean distance) among representations of candidate translations in another language, scoring retrieval accuracy against known translation pairs.
