Every structure, method, model family and paper in one graph. Structures are coloured by their ontological sort — objects, tools, properties — and linked to the methods that find them and the papers that report them. Node size is never fixed: it's how often each thing actually shows up in the corpus (52 structures, 242 methods, 331 families,700 papers, straight from the data). Use the depth slider to collapse structures to their class or expand to individual leaves.
